This was a multi-stage project consisting of replacing rotted spruce 4x10 beams.
The beams were replaced with 4x10 cedar and new posts were installed and wrapped in pine.
The original decking was replaced and the original joists were brought up to level.
A new deck was constructed next to the old one and a new railing was installed.
The new handrails and balusters are cedar with the pine wrapped posts made to reflect the Pergola beams
