We all make mistakes but the ones in marketing emails seem to becoming evermore common – just this morning I received an email addressed to Test name 937 and a second email with a broken unsubscribe link. It just looks lazy and unprofessional.
When it comes to email marketing, you need to test, test and then test again, each and every time.
As you can’t reply to these emails and companies are making it increasingly difficult to contact them, it’s near impossible to give them the heads up. And I am sorry, you can’t blame these on COVID.
